General
Terms of Service version 1.1 (July 2026)By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.These Terms of Service are subject to change. The version in effect at the time a commission is accepted will apply to that commission.
Dos and Don'ts
I don’t usually draw mecha, feral, vehicles.I do draw NSFWI will not create artwork that is illegal to create, posses or distribute including, but not limited to, minors in sexual or suggestive situations, non-consensual sexual acts, incest, and bestiality.If something is not listed in my Do's and Don'ts, please ask me.
Prices
Headshot: $30 (+$20 per additional character)
Half-body: $35 (+$20 per additional character)
Full-body: $45 (+35 per additional character)Background: +$20 for simple background
Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal invoices. Full amount should be sent before I start the sketch and must be sent before I start working past the sketching stage
Turnaround Time
My Turnaround Time (TAT) estimate is usually 1-5 days. I will update you if it takes longer.
You are welcome to request work-in-progress (WIP) updates, but please do so reasonably.
Client's rights
I retain copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.You may use the art for any personal use as long as I am credited. Commercial use costs an additional 100% of my base price, at which point you can use the art for any monetary gain.
Refunds
I will provide a full refund if I have not started work on the commission, or if I fail to deliver by the agreed deadline without giving proper written notice of any delay.If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more after being contacted regarding the commission, I reserve the right to consider the commission completed and closed. Any work completed up to that point will be deemed accepted, and no refund will be issued for completed work.
AI and NFTs
My art cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs.
